the subject to the order made by you. "You" and "Your"
means the person ordering Goods from www.lounge2bedroom.co.uk
Stock Shortages/Differences:
If the Goods you order are unavailable for any reason, then Lounge2bedroom
will contact you as soon as possible and suggest a suitable replacement.
There may be occasions when a hand carved product can differ slightly
from the picture shown, either in size or definition. This is typical
of individually hand made, hand carved items. No two pieces will be
identical which adds to the uniqueness of the product.
Defective Goods:
Non-defective goods must not be returned without first making arrangements
with lounge2bedroom. The cost of return to us will be carried by the
customer.
If your goods are defective on delivery, you must firstly contact
lounge2bedroom by telephone number or email address shown on our website
at www.lounge2bedroom.co.uk.
If it does appear that goods are defective then we will make arrangements
to replace the defective article.
LINGERIE RETURNS
Please note that lounge2bedroom only accept
returns on lingerie and clothing due to faulty manufacture - returns
not accepted for any other reason.

This furniture has been created by hand using traditional methods.
Minor variations in size or colour deviation are all testimony to
the uniqueness of each piece. The wood is dried to what should be
considered an acceptable moisture content for a solid wood product
in this price bracket. Wood is a natural fibre and as such can never
be guaranteed. Furniture will react to its environment accordingly.
When put in a warm, centrally heated room it may move. However it
is extremely rare that the structural integrity of the item is compromised.
In the vast majority of cases any wood reaction can be easily remedied,
however we and many of our customers feel that this type of naturally
occurring flaw actually enhances the character of the piece.
If a customer chooses, splits and cracks should be filled with dark
furniture wax, simple application of sanding paper, stain and wax
will sort out a host of these inherent irregularities. Every effort
is made to reduce these instances, but by the very nature of the product
their complete elimination is impossible.
Care:
We suggest putting some candle wax on the sides of the drawers,
twice a year, to aid smooth running (after the item has settled in
its new environment usually 1 month.
Put some oil on the hinges at least once a year
Put some charcoal inside your piece of furniture to help absorb odour.
To help avoid cracking or shrinking you should maintain a fixed level
of humidity and temperature inside the room
Furniture will react to direct sunlight and direct heat source
If the floor is not 100% level then felt pads should be used to level.
