Delivery Schedule
All products are shipped discreetly in a brown box with absolutely no
indication as to the contents.
All goods that are dispatched are sent by a Recorded service. This
means goods will not be left on the door step or with neighbors. This
enables a fully discreet service and customer confidentiality.
Goods that are in stock are dispatched within a working day. If for
any reason we are out of stock, we would expect to dispatch the goods
with in about 12 days. All our products are imported from the United
States and China so delays of up to 28 days may occur. If you are not
in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their
local depot for 7 days enabling them to pick it up. After 7 days the
parcel then returns to us.
UK
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded delivery if the parcel weighs
less than 1.35kg. Over this weight then goods are sent via a courier
service.
Southern Ireland
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if
the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent
via a courier service and unfortunately is charged at a International
shipping rates as this is classed as Europe.
Europe
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if
the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent
via a courier service.
Rest of World
Goods are dispatched by Royal Mail International Recorded delivery if
the parcel weighs less than 2kg. Over this weight then goods are sent
via a courier service.
UK Delivery charge:-
Up to £10 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £20) = £1.80
Up to £25 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £50) = £2.30
Up to £40 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £80) = £2.80
At this point goods are more often than not are having to be sent by
courier so slightly higher charges apply.
Up to £60 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £120) = £4.00
Up to £80 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £160) = £5.75
Europe and Southern Ireland Delivery charge *
Up to £10 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £20) = £6.00
Up to £25 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £50) = £8.00
Up to £40 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £80) = £12.00
Rest World *
Up to £10 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £20) = £14.00
Up to £25 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £50) = £16.00
Up to £40 of goods (Approx. R.R.P £80) = £20.00 *
These prices are a guide only. Most standard orders will fall into
the above break down but we reserve the right to pass on any additional
costs if the parcel is especially heavy and requires additional courier
charges.
Redelivery Charges.
Occasionally customers fail to pick up their order from the local depot
once the initial delivery attempt has been made if they were out. After
a week the parcel is shipped back to us. Unfortunately the redelivery
charge to dispatch the goods back out is not subsidised.
